You bring the idea and the pilot customer. We build the technology and become your partners.
Full Ventures is Full Code's investment program. Just as a venture capital fund invests money, we invest development: we turn your SaaS, platform or startup into a real product without charging for the software, in exchange for 60% of the company.
- No development fees
- Pilot customer using it from the first release
- Security and data privacy from day one
How the equity is split
- 40% for the founder
- For the idea, the pilot customer and running the business.
- 60% for Full Code
- For actually making the idea exist: all the development, infrastructure and technical evolution.
A real partnership, not a software quote
We are not hired vendors: we are partners who only win if the company succeeds. That is why each side brings what it does best.
You bring
- The idea and deep knowledge of the problem
- A real pilot customer committed to using and testing the product
- Commitment to the business: sales, relationships and operations
- Market access, network and the first customers
- Product decisions made together with us, based on what the pilot shows
Full Code brings
- Full product development: architecture, code, testing and launch
- Senior engineering in SaaS, platforms and industrial automation
- Information security and data privacy compliance from the first release
- Cloud infrastructure, automated deployment, backups and monitoring
- Ongoing technical evolution as the company grows
The technology is built by Full Code Technology, a software engineering company specialized in complex systems, SaaS and industrial automation.
For people who know the problem and already have someone to use the product
The program fits people who want to build a profitable software business without putting in money or chasing investors. These are the profiles that get the most out of the partnership.
Industry expert
Agronomist, engineer, clinic manager, accountant, consultant: you know the problem from the inside and have seen it repeat across many companies.
Business owner who already solved a problem
Your company solved something in a way others would pay for. It can be the pilot customer, and the product serves the whole market.
Researcher or grant program alumni
The idea has already been studied or accepted into an incubator or innovation program, and what is missing is someone to build the technology.
It is not for you if you are
- People who just want a vendor to build custom software
- People who do not have a pilot customer willing to use the system yet
- People already planning to hand a large share of the company to investment funds early on
- People who will not dedicate time to sales and running the business
We only invest our energy in ideas that will move forward
The rules exist to protect both sides. Read them before applying: if your idea meets all of them, the conversation moves fast.
Genuine innovation
The idea solves a problem in a way that does not exist yet, or is clearly better than current options. Copies of existing apps with no differentiation are not accepted.
Committed pilot customer
A real company or organization will use and test the system in its daily operations from the first release. We ask for a letter of intent from the pilot before signing.
- Rule 3
A painful problem someone will pay to solve
The problem has to cost time or money to whoever has it. If no one would pay for the solution, there is no company, just a project.
- Rule 4
Technology at the core of the business
Software is the product, not an add-on: SaaS, platform, marketplace, app or automation. Corporate websites or internal systems for an existing company are not part of the program.
- Rule 5
A market that scales
After the pilot, the same product has to serve many other customers, ideally with recurring revenue.
- Rule 6
Committed founder
We build the technology; you run the business. The founder commits to sales, operations and customer relationships, with the time commitment agreed in the contract.
- Rule 7
Free and clear idea
The idea is yours and unencumbered: it does not belong to an employer, does not infringe patents or contracts, and is not being developed with another software house.
- Rule 8
Lean first release
We start with the smallest product that solves the pilot customer's problem. Extra features come later, based on real usage.
- Rule 9
A partnership with clear rules
Everything goes into a contract: an incorporated company, a shareholders' agreement, equity vesting, milestones for each stage and exit rules if the business does not take off.
What we do not fund
- Betting, casinos, gambling and wagering systems of any kind
- Pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing and get-rich-quick promises
- Cryptocurrencies, tokens and speculative investment schemes
- Adult content, weapons and illegal or unlicensed activities
- Predatory lending, aggressive debt collection or collecting personal data without a legal basis
- Clones of existing apps with no clear differentiation
- Ideas without a defined pilot customer
SaaS, platforms and startups that solve real problems
We review ideas from any industry. These are the types of business where our engineering creates the most value.
B2B SaaS
Subscription software for companies in a given industry or business function.
Platforms and marketplaces
Products that connect two sides, such as suppliers and buyers, or professionals and clients.
Manufacturing and agribusiness
Automation, traceability and production data for manufacturers and farmers.
Health and wellness
Systems that improve patient care, follow-up or clinic management.
Education
Learning, assessment and school management platforms with measurable outcomes.
AI products
Solutions where artificial intelligence solves a real problem, with data handled in line with privacy law.
From application to a product running at the pilot customer
Application
Fill out the form with the problem, the solution, what makes it innovative and who the pilot customer is. It takes a few minutes.
Screening
We review your application against the program rules and reply by email within 15 business days, with a yes to the next stage or the reason for a no.
Meeting with the CEO and the pilot
Under a signed non-disclosure agreement, we dig into the idea with you and talk to the pilot customer to confirm the problem and their commitment to use the product.
Shareholders' agreement
Together we define the scope of the first release and the milestones. The company is incorporated with 60% Full Code and 40% founder, with vesting and exit rules.
Building with the pilot
Our team develops the first release in short cycles, with the pilot customer using it and giving feedback on every delivery.
Traction and growth
Once the pilot is validated, you take the product to new customers while we keep evolving the technology as partners.
Letter of intent template for your pilot
The pilot customer's written commitment carries the most weight in screening. Adapt this template, send it to the company that will use the system and attach the signed letter to your application.
- Does not obligate the pilot to buy anything
- Shows how much the problem costs today
- Defines who will use it and give feedback

Frequently asked questions
What every founder asks before applying to Full Ventures.
When are applications open, and how many spots are there?
The 2026 Founding Cohort takes applications from Oct 19 to Nov 20, with 5 spots. Screening happens every week, so those who apply earlier can move forward sooner. Selected projects are announced in December 2026 and building starts in January 2027. Applications outside this window roll over to the next cohort.
What is Full Ventures?
It is the investment program of Full Code Technology, working as a venture builder and startup studio. Instead of investing money like a venture capital fund, we invest the technology development: we build the founder's SaaS, platform or startup with no development fees, in exchange for equity in the company.
How is the company split?
60% for Full Code and 40% for the founder. The founder brings the idea, the pilot customer and runs the business; Full Code brings all the development, infrastructure, security and technical evolution, which is what actually turns the idea into a product. The split is recorded in a shareholders' agreement, with vesting and exit rules.
Do I have to pay anything?
We do not charge to review your application or to develop the product. Third-party costs that belong to the business itself, such as incorporating the company, domains, paid APIs and production infrastructure, are agreed in the shareholders' agreement before we start.
What is a pilot customer, and why is it required?
It is a real company or organization that has the problem, will use the system from the first release and give feedback on it. The pilot proves the idea solves something concrete and avoids building a product nobody will use. Without a pilot customer, the application does not move forward.
What is the difference between a venture builder, an incubator and an accelerator?
An incubator offers structure and guidance for a startup to grow. An accelerator usually invests money and mentoring for a short period. A venture builder like Full Ventures builds the product together with the founder and becomes an operating partner: our engineering team develops and maintains the company's technology.
Is my idea protected?
Yes. We sign a non-disclosure agreement before going deeper into the idea. In the application, just describe the problem, the solution and the pilot at the level of detail you are comfortable with.
Who owns the source code?
The company created for the business, in which you and Full Code are partners. The code does not belong to Full Code or to any individual: it is an asset of the startup.
Do you fund betting or gambling?
No. The program does not fund betting, casinos, gambling or wagering systems of any kind. Pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, crypto schemes and illegal activities are also excluded.
What if the business does not work out?
The shareholders' agreement sets milestones for each stage and exit rules. If the pilot shows the product does not solve the problem, the parties can wind down the partnership in an orderly way, with no development debt for the founder.
Do I need an existing company, or to live near your office?
No. The business's company is incorporated as part of the shareholders' agreement, and the work is remote: Full Ventures is based in Ji-Paraná, Rondônia, and reviews ideas from all over Brazil.
